The third project for these clients, each a total demolition and rebuild, this downtown residence is a study in balanced contrasts. Richly colored paneling and fascinating textures in stone, tile, and drapery create a restful, sheltered feeling throughout the private spaces, opening out to expansive, light-filled rooms and stunning views.
