A rescue and turnaround

Wellbuilt recently rescued a project that had gone badly awry with the previous contractor. After seven years of struggle, the owner was thrilled when we were able to complete the project less than a year after taking over. Construction here included both interior and exterior work, including parking, landscaping, and accessibility. An older building near major medical facilities, this project is suitable for a single tenant or as a multi-tenant professional office adaptable to many different needs.
